2. Eligibility

  • Competitions are open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees, contractors, or direct family members of Green Comps are not eligible to participate.

  • Entrants must provide accurate personal details. We reserve the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

3. How to Enter

  • Entries can be purchased online via our website by following the on-screen instructions.

  • Each competition will state the entry price, maximum entries per person, and total available entries.

  • A free postal entry method is available. To enter without payment, send your full name, address, contact number, email, and the competition you wish to enter to:

    Free entries are treated the same as paid entries. Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date.

4. Competition Period

  • Each competition will run for a specified period as displayed on the competition page.

  • Green Comps reserves the right to extend the competition if entry targets are not met, or close it early if all tickets are sold.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners are selected at random using a secure and verifiable random draw process.

  • Draws will take place live and details may be published on our website or social media channels.

  • Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, Green Comps reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes are as described on the competition page. No cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise stated.

  • Green Comps reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

  • Prizes will be delivered free of charge within the UK.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Entry fees are non-refundable once your entry has been confirmed, except in cases where a competition is cancelled by Green Comps.

  • In the event of cancellation, all entrants will be refunded in full.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Green Comps will not be liable for:

    • Any loss, damage, or delay arising out of postal entries.

    • Technical failures affecting entry or communication.

    • Any indirect or consequential loss.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

  • All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Green Comps and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
